Kindergarten Lead Homeroom Teacher

Position: Kindergarten Lead Homeroom teacher 

Student age:  2-6 years

Student group: around 15-20 

Work schedule: 8:00am-4:30 Monday to Friday

Locations:  Cities in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang or Anhui in China 

Start date: ASAP (for Fall semester) , needs to have all working documents apostilled (Bachelor degree, TEFL or TESOL certificate and 6 months recent police non-criminal record) 

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Strictly implement the kindergarten daily schedule and the school’s rules and regulations

-Teach according to the kindergarten curriculum, creating appropriate lesson plans and teaching materials on time and preparing for the activities in advance and ensure the implementation of the plan.

-Be able to organize and use various ways to carry out teaching activities independently. This includes 

 organizing activities, classroom organization like creating a great English environment in the classroom, 

 decorating the walls with useful learning materials and other visuals that will help on the student’s 

 learning. 

-Conduct research to improve his/her own teaching skills and constantly seek advice and guidance to 

  Improve their professional abilities. 

-Keep constant communication with school colleagues and also parents to discuss the kid’s individual 

  Progress and needs. 

-Organize and manage the class activities both indoor and outdoor like sports, art lessons, music and 

 dancing and other appropriate activities. 

-Participate in all the activities in kindergarten.

Benefits:

-Monthly salary: 18,000-21,000 RMB 

  (Including 3,000 RMB housing allowance-needs a Chinese fapiao)

Requirements:

-Native fluency in English (English is first language) 

-Bachelor's degree holder 

-TESOL/TEFL certificate 

-Clean non-criminal record
