Information Management Leadership Program (IMLP) 2026

Credit One Bank - Information Management Leadership Program

Early Acceptance Applications: September 8, 2025 – November 14, 2025 

 

Program Summary

The Information Management Leadership Program (IMLP) is a two-year rotational program that allows recent college graduates to work in technical IT roles at Credit One Bank. After selecting a domain, associates will spend three, eight-month rotations within various IT teams. Example IT domains include Development, Infrastructure, Quality Engineering, and Data Strategy. In addition to on-the-job learning through time spent in their rotations, associates will be equipped with technical and soft skills training to develop into top-tier IT talent for the company. 

 

Position Requirements:

  • Must have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field by July 2026.
  • Must be a recent graduate, having completed a Bachelor’s degree within one year of the program’s start (July 2025 - July 2026). 
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA in pursuit of Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Las Vegas, NV.

 

Preferred:

  • Previous work experience in financial services/consumer credit card industry.
  • Previous work experience in information technology.

 

Program Dates:

July 2026 – July 2028 

 

Goals of the Program:

  • Technical and Professional Growth: Provide hands-on rotational experience and structured training to rapidly develop IMLP associates into well-rounded, high-performing IT professionals.
  • Cultivate Future Leadership: Equip associates with the technical expertise and soft skills necessary to thrive in leadership roles and become top-tier talent within Credit One Bank's IT organization.
  • Promote Strategic Business Acumen: Enable associates to develop a deep understanding of Credit One Bank's business model and how technology adds value, fostering a strategic mindset that aligns IT initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Expand Networking and Mentorship: Facilitate meaningful connections between associates, bank leaders, and technical experts across the company, creating a robust professional network and positioning associates for long-term career growth.
  • Drive Innovation and Business Value: Involve associates in impactful projects that challenge them to apply innovative solutions, allowing them to make tangible contributions to the IT organization and the company's overall success.
  • Foster a Collaborative Culture: Encourage camaraderie and connection among IMLP cohort members and Campus Programs, creating a supportive network as they engage in their journey together.
