Interns spend the summer working directly on high-impact projects within one of our HQ business operations departments. You’ll be immersed in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your creativity, analytical thinking, and passion for innovation will help drive strategic initiatives across the organization. During this 12-week internship, participants are encouraged to think critically and use a continuous improvement mindset to approach challenges and deliver results. Interns gain hands-on experience in work related to their field of study.

- R&D – Support product innovation through research, testing, and development of new technologies and materials.
- Quality – Help ensure product integrity and compliance through data analysis, audits, and process improvements.
- Packaging Development – Contribute to the design and testing of sustainable, efficient, and consumer-friendly packaging solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate cross-functionally on meaningful R&D and technical projects.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and test hypotheses to support product and process innovation.
- Present finding and recommendations to department leaders.
