What You’ll Do:

-Be the first point of contact with customers, offering friendly and professional service

-Provide pricing, explain services, and negotiate before starting the physical work

-Lift, load, and haul items (75 lbs+) alongside your teammate

-Sort materials for donation, recycling, and proper disposal

-Work outdoors, on the move, and never stuck in the same place

What We’re Looking For:

-21+ years old

-Valid CA driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 yrs

-A strong communicator who enjoys talking with people and closing deals

-Physically fit and able to lift 75lbs+ regularly

-Positive, professional attitude with reliability you can count on

-Weekend availability (Fri–Sun mandatory for part-time roles; Great for college students)

-A smartphone that can run multiple apps
