Responsibilities
Event Support
Assist with event preparation and on-site operations (registration, reception, attendee support).
Act as a welcoming presence for guests, helping to create a friendly and professional atmosphere.
Provide support during events held 3–4 times per year.
Administrative Assistance
Support with documentation, data entry, and scheduling.
Assist with general office operations and administrative tasks when needed.
Team Collaboration
Communicate effectively with foundation staff and external partners.
Provide flexible support depending on project needs.
Qualifications
Open to all majors and backgrounds (current students, recent graduates, or those on academic leave welcome).
Sociable, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with people in social settings.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar).
Strong communication skills and a proactive, reliable attitude.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in event organization or support.
Skills in design, photography, or video editing.
Experience in community, arts, or volunteer activities.
Work Conditions
Contract type: 6-month internship
Location: Bethesda / Potomac area
Working hours: Support during events (approximately 3–4 times per year)
Compensation: Volunteer-based, with occasional compensation depending on the event
