Program Overview:
McKesson’s Intern program is 10–12 weeks long and is designed to provide:

Internship Overview:
As an Intern within Data Engineering & Analytics at McKesson, you’ll gain exposure to a variety of business functions including product management, inventory analytics, strategy & planning, business intelligence, and operations. Interns work on real-world projects that support customer engagement, market analysis, and strategic initiatives, while developing your skills in communication, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support product management teams in developing tools and communications for customer decision-making
- Analyze market trends and inventory data to support strategic planning and supply chain operations
- Assist in the development of insights and reports for major programs and daily operations
- Collaborate with business units to improve knowledge-sharing and process efficiency
- Provide analytical support using tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, and Oracle BI
- Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the implementation of supply chain initiatives
General Requirements
- Enrolled as a full-time student at the time of the internship
- Must have completed a minimum of 75 credit hours by the start of the internship
- 18 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Major in a technical, business, technology, or analytics discipline
- Superior collaboration and communication skills
- Strong communication, writing, and team collaboration skills
- Ability to manage priorities effectively
- Ability to analyze and aggregate data
