Position Overview:

We’re looking for a dedicated, driven, and collaborative commercial real estate agent to join our team. This role is commission-based and ideal for someone who is ready to dive into the business, build their pipeline, and learn directly from experienced brokers. While we’re currently hiring for a summer start, we are also looking for individuals open to continuing into the fall and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a pipeline of tenant leads
• Maintain communication with tenants and business owners
• Coordinate and attend space showings
• Identify and pursue new retail leasing opportunities
• Collaborate with our team to close deals and grow your book of business

Qualifications:

• Strong sales and communication skills
• Proven ability to hit goals and stay motivated independently
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Professional, respectful, and comfortable engaging with business owners
• Interest or familiarity with commercial real estate and NYC neighborhoods
• A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
