Environmental Program Coordinator
Looking for direct experience with environmental organizations in Portland, OR? Join Confluence Environmental Center’s AmeriCorps program and address critical environmental needs in low-income communities through habitat restoration, conservation, community engagement, watershed health, education, volunteer coordination, land stewardship, and community gardening.
Confluence partners with community-based organizations, public schools, and government agencies to create full time, 8-month service positions that encourage leadership development and environmental stewardship. Project partners include Portland Public Schools, Clackamas Community College, Tualatin Riverkeepers, and the Housing Authority of Clackamas County.
Benefits include:
- $18,000 living allowance (approx. $2,250 monthly, before taxes)

We offer life-changing service opportunities that engage members at the intersection of environmentalism and social justice while promoting individual leadership and development.
