Junior Sales & Data Analyst

Job Summary

The Sales and Data Analyst is responsible for educating prospective clients on Big Business Academy’s personal and business funding programs. This role focuses on qualifying leads, conducting sales calls, clearly explaining the funding process, and closing sales with clients who need capital. The ideal candidate is highly driven, consultative, confident on the phone, and motivated by helping people secure the funding they need to succeed.



2. Key Responsibilities
    •    Follow up with warm leads generated via marketing campaigns, social media, or referrals.
    •    Qualify leads through structured discovery calls to assess funding eligibility.
    •    Clearly communicate the benefits of our funding program and how it works.
    •    Overcome objections and explain how Big Business Academy supports clients from credit optimization through full funding execution.
    •    Close sales at price points ranging from $1,500–$3,000+ depending on client needs.
    •    Manage client communication pre-enrollment using GoHighLevel and Monday.com.
    •    Collect intake forms, credit monitoring access, and payment authorization as part of onboarding.
    •    Tag, track, and update lead/client status using GoHighLevel.
    •    Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and hit daily/weekly outreach and conversion goals.



3. Daily Tasks
    •    Check lead dashboard and follow up with new inquiries via GoHighLevel.
    •    Call or text 20–40 leads per day depending on pipeline volume.
    •    Book and host discovery/sales calls via Zoom or phone.
    •    Pre-screen each prospect to confirm credit, income, and business fit.
    •    Explain the full funding roadmap: credit audit → strategy → funding execution.
    •    Handle objections and walk client through payment and onboarding process.
    •    Input all notes, status changes, and outcomes into GoHighLevel and Monday.com.
    •    Follow up with unclosed leads using pre-built nurture sequences or manual outreach.
    •    Attend team sales meeting or pipeline review (weekly or as scheduled).



4. KPIs / Performance Metrics
    •    Number of discovery/sales calls booked per week
    •    Close rate (% of calls resulting in enrollments)
    •    Total revenue generated (monthly)
    •    Speed-to-follow-up (lead response time)
    •    Sales cycle length (first contact to close)
    •    CRM hygiene and notes accuracy



5. Tools & Platforms Used
    •    GoHighLevel – CRM, SMS, email, and pipeline tracking
    •    Monday.com – Task and lead status tracking
    •    Zoom/Phone – Sales calls
    •    Stripe or Payment Processor – Payment collection
    •    Credit Monitoring Platforms – Reference point for funding readiness
