Marketing & Sales Development Intern

We’re looking for a sharp, driven intern who wants to get real-world experience in marketing, sales development, and client acquisition. This isn’t coffee runs and busywork. You’ll be on the front lines helping us generate leads, craft campaigns, and drive real sales conversations. 30 years in business. Veteran owned. 

You’ll learn how to:

◆ Use CRM and automation platforms (GoHighLevel, HubSpot-style systems) to track and nurture leads.

◆ Assist in creating compelling marketing campaigns (email, social, paid ads).

◆ Research target industries and identify high-value prospects.

◆ Support outreach campaigns that turn interest into discovery calls.

◆ Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.

◆ This role is ideal for someone interested in sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship

You’ll get exposure to high-level business strategy while sharpening the skills companies actually pay for.

What We’re Looking For:

◆ Strong communication skills (written + verbal).

◆ Comfortable reaching out to businesses and engaging professionally.

◆ Interest in marketing, sales, or business growth.

◆ Self-starter with an eye for detail and follow-through.

Line of Reporting
◆ Interns will report directly to a Sales Program Coordinator and will also receive oversight from Phoenix Marcón, CEO of The Imperius Agency.

Regular Feedback
◆ Weekly one-on-one check-ins with the coordinator to review progress, answer questions, and set goals.
◆ Monthly performance reviews that provide structured feedback on communication, pipeline management, and sales development.

Training & Mentorship
◆ Onboarding training in CRM systems, sales funnels, and digital outreach.
◆ Access to Imperius’ proprietary Sales Playbook and training modules.
◆ Mentorship from senior team members with 20+ years of experience in marketing, sales, and business development.

Evaluation Process
◆ Progress will be measured by milestones aligned with the Imperius Sales Internship 

Certificate Program.
◆ Each completed milestone earns the intern a certificate (Lead Launch, Funnel Builder, Growth Campaign, Legacy Strategist).
◆ Interns receive a final evaluation with documented skills acquired, achievements, and recommendations for career advancement.

Professional Oversight
◆ Supervised by professionals in the fields of sales, marketing, and business systems.
◆ Interns gain exposure to high-ticket client work and real-world digital sales operations under the guidance of experienced practitioners.
