Location: Minneapolis–St. Paul Metro (Multiple Clinic Locations in MN & WI)

Program Overview

Tareen Dermatology is excited to offer a 14-month full-time Gap Year Program for students preparing for medical or PA school.

This program provides:

• Hands-on clinical experience in a fast-paced dermatology practice.
• Mentorship and application support from experienced providers.
• A 90%+ medical/PA school acceptance rate among program alumni.

Start Date: June 2026
Application Deadline: October 31, 2025
Interview Date: December 13, 2025

What You’ll Do:

As a Medical Assistant, you will:

• Work side by side with providers during patient exams and procedures.
• Document histories, physical exams, and pathology reports.
• Take vitals, prepare patients for visits, and support clinical workflows.
• Gain exposure to dermatologic surgery, cosmetic procedures, and medical dermatology.
• Ensure exam rooms and documentation meet safety and compliance standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-based program (by Spring 2026).
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Interest in pursuing medical or PA school.
• Prior medical/clinical experience is helpful but not required—we provide full training.
