Role Overview
We’re looking for a smart, organized, and driven Project Manager to help us manage projects across operations, product, and client onboarding. You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to keep projects moving, coordinate with different teams, and make sure deadlines are met.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage projects from start to finish (setup, leasing rollouts, new client onboarding, internal processes).
- Coordinate between tech, operations, and client-facing teams.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and budgets to make sure projects run smoothly.
- Create clear task lists and reporting to keep leadership updated.
- Work with vendors, partners, and clients to resolve issues quickly.
- Build systems and processes as we scale.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of project management or operations experience (startup or PropTech experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to keep multiple projects on track.
- Great communicator – can work well with leadership, clients, and vendors.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, changing startup environment.
- Proactive problem-solver with a “get things done” mindset.
