Data Analyst
A dynamic and rapidly growing organization in Coronado, California is looking for a Data Analyst to join its team. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to evaluate program effectiveness, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making. Role:
π Collect, organize, and interpret large datasets to evaluate program performance.
π Conduct statistical analyses, forecasting, and trend identification to support operational improvements.
π§© Apply statistical theories and modeling techniques to provide actionable insights.
π Prepare comprehensive reports and deliver presentations on findings to stakeholders.
ποΈ Maintain and update program-related data in internal systems and databases.
π¬ Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and support evidence-based decision-making.
Requirements:
π Bachelorβs degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
πΌ Minimum 3+ years of recent experience in statistical analysis within a training or operational environment.
π§ Strong ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
π‘οΈ Must be able to pass an extensive background check.
π Ability to obtain or hold a SECRET clearance.
π Valid driverβs license and U.S. citizenship required.
π» Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
β Previous experience with data cleaning, geospatial datasets, R, and ggplot is a plus.
