Strategy Intern
The Office of Strategy Management (OSM) serves as the organization’s connector between strategy and execution. We accomplish this by organizing and leading large projects designed to help IGS achieve it’s strategic goals and help ensure the right people are doing the right thing at the right time. This is a highly visible team and a high-impact role. As an OSM intern, you’ll have the opportunity to support large strategic initiatives, get involved with executive-facing reporting and communications, and discover a unique perspective for how organizations accomplish big goals. Day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting in the management of strategic projects and supporting internal team operations, all while learning and growing your understanding of the energy industry.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of multiple small to medium scale projects across all phases from scoping to implementation, roll out, and metric tracking.
Develop detailed project plans to capture scope, costs and schedule.
Create project documentation including presentations, spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps.
Support the execution of strategic and operational plans.

Minimum Education and Experience:
Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration or other applicable fields.
Experience leading and managing projects in a collaborative setting a plus.
