We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Assistant Stylist to join our team and contribute to our mission of offering exceptional style and service.

Position Overview: As an Assistant Stylist at Marmalade, you will work closely with our buyer and lead stylist to provide personalized styling advice, ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our clients, and support the daily operations of the boutique. Your passion for fashion and keen eye for detail will help elevate our clients' style while enhancing the overall ambiance of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Styling:

• Assist clients with personalized wardrobe consultations and styling advice.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their style preferences and needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and products to offer informed recommendations.

Visual Merchandising:

• Collaborate with the team to create and maintain visually appealing store displays.
• Ensure merchandise is presented in a way that aligns with current fashion trends and seasonal themes.

Sales Support:

• Provide excellent customer service, including assisting with sales transactions and resolving customer inquiries.
• Assist in managing inventory levels, including restocking and organizing merchandise.

Administrative Duties:

• Support the boutique’s daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Help maintain store cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail or fashion styling is preferred.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, designers, and styling techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
