You might be a great fit if you:

• Build, as opposed to just code. You’ve launched products from scratch or owned large green-field modules.
• Love velocity. You favor pragmatic solutions, rapid iterations, and data-driven calibration over “perfect” specs.
• Know the stack. 3+ years writing production Python or another backend language, plus modern React experience.
• Lean on AI. You treat LLMs and code-gen tools as your default pair programmer, not a novelty.

What you’ll do:

• Design and ship end-to-end features in days, not quarters — from zero to production.
• Build agentic workflows in Python (FastAPI+), Databricks, GCP and craft polished React/TypeScript UIs.
• Prototype and integrate with AI coding copilots (Cursor, Copilot, Claude) to 10× development speed.
• Make architecture and product decisions that shape MachFlow’s roadmap, and engineering norms.
• Own quality: write tests, automate CI/CD, and instrument usage analytics for every feature you ship.
