- Build and maintain relationships with customers, both in-store and online
- Assist with social media content creation (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to promote our brand, products, and events
- Fulfill and manage shipping for online orders
- Provide personalized styling advice and stay current with the latest fashion trends
- Support day-to-day operations and merchandising
QualificationS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience or genuine interest in fashion and styling
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic photo/video editing tools
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
