Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Local preferred)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Marketplace Reseller Recruiter — someone who eats, sleeps, and breathes resale. Your job? To scour platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp, eBay, and local Facebook groups every day to find the power sellers, garage sales, estate sales, and moving sales happening around Palm Beach County.

Your mission is to recruit these sellers into Firesale as early VIP users, giving them perks, support, and a front-row seat to the future of resale. You’ll be on the front lines of supply building — the heartbeat of Firesale.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Browse Facebook Marketplace, groups, Craigslist, OfferUp, eBay, and local resale channels daily to identify top sellers and hot sales events (yard, garage, estate, moving).
  • Reach out to sellers and introduce Firesale as a faster, easier way to sell everything at once.
  • Recruit and onboard early VIP users, offering perks and personal support to help them succeed.
  • Be the local Firesale ambassador — attending yard sales, estate sales, and resale events to spread the word.
  • Collect seller feedback and insights to help shape product features and marketplace growth.
  • Partner with our growth team to create playbooks for seller acquisition at scale.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • You’re obsessed with Facebook Marketplace — you spend hours a day browsing, buying, or selling.
  • Deep experience reselling across platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp, eBay, or Poshmark.
  • Hustler’s mindset — you love spotting opportunities and making deals happen.
  • Strong people skills — you know how to connect with sellers, build trust, and get them excited.
  • Comfortable being scrappy and in the field — from messaging sellers online to showing up at a Saturday morning estate sale.
  • Local to Palm Beach County (preferred) and tapped into the resale/garage sale community.
