Account Manager Internship (Client Communications)
As a Crosstempo Account Manager Intern, you’ll be the voice of the company to our clients—owning communication, coordinating deliverables, and making sure clients feel informed, supported, and valued. Your role will be critical in bridging the gap between our internal teams and our clients.
This internship is designed for someone who thrives on people skills, organization, and accountability.
Responsibilities
1. Client Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
Respond to questions, provide updates, and maintain clear, professional communication.
2.Relationship Management
Build trust with clients by understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Proactively check in on progress and follow up to maintain engagement.
3.Project Coordination
Work with internal teams to ensure deliverables are met on time.
Keep projects organized, tracked, and communicated clearly to clients.
4.Reporting & Feedback
Prepare progress reports and performance updates for clients.
Collect client feedback and relay it to internal teams to improve services.
5.Problem-Solving
Assist in handling client concerns quickly and effectively.
Develop solutions in collaboration with leadership to ensure smooth client experiences.
Qualifications
Preferred Background:
Previous experience in communication, customer service, or account management (academic or professional).
Familiarity with marketing or business operations is a plus.

Must be 18+
High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed is a plus).
Eligible to work in the United States.
What We Expect (30-Day Probationary Period)
In your first 30 days, you’ll learn Crosstempo’s client communication standards and workflows. You’ll begin shadowing client calls, handling smaller updates, and supporting project coordination.
We expect total commitment, focus, and professionalism. This is a role where your words and presence directly shape client trust and satisfaction.
Growth Path
First 30 Days: Learn our communication style, handle smaller updates, and begin managing low-stakes client interactions.
30–90 Days: Take ownership of specific client accounts, coordinate projects, and handle regular client check-ins.
90+ Days: Operate as a full Account Manager—owning client relationships, running meetings, and leading communication strategy.
