What You’ll Do
- Support the CEO and leadership team by helping with meetings, notes, and follow-ups.
- Keep our internal wiki and documents clear and organized so the team has what they need.
- Help with onboarding new hires and make sure they feel welcome from day one.
- Plan and coordinate team events, activities, and celebrations.
- Jump into projects and tasks across the business — no two days will look the same!
- Be a positive influence on our team culture and help make this a place people love to work.

- Clear and friendly communication style.
- A “get it done” attitude — you’re proactive, adaptable, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
- Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment where you’ll learn something new every day.
- Interest in growing your career by learning how a business operates at every level.
Compensation
- Salary range: $75,000-$85,000 depending on experience, with equity, healthcare and benefits.
