Customer Support Specialist

This is a temporary position with the potential to convert to full-time for the right candidate!

This project based customer support position will support the CX Team for our flagship product: Meadow Price – the industry leading Net Price Calculator (NPC). The primary focus of the role is supporting the annual update of our 150+ college and university partners’ NPCs. 

This role requires an engineering mindset and comfort in a technical environment. As part of the annual update process, you will be responsible for preparing manuals detailing each partner’s current net price calculator programming, creating a test suite for the current configuration, and reaching out to partners to solicit necessary updates.

Responsibilities

  • Document each net price calculator’s current configuration and programming in Meadow’s NPC Manual
  • Create a comprehensive test suite of each NPC’s programming
  • Audit the NPC configuration for known technical and maintenance issues and make updates as needed
  • Deliver the manual and test suite to each NPC client, soliciting feedback and updates
  • Update team knowledge bases as directed

What you Bring

  • You are comfortable working with data in excel or other analytical tools and possess expert attention to detail
  • You are able to condense multiple conditions into IF, THEN logic statements- bonus if you have experience with ternary operators
  • You count superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills among your top qualities
  • You are known for your organizational and time management abilities
