Looking for an Entrepreneur:

Marketing / Financial Advisor / Communications Intern (Paid)

Work 1-on-1 under a Wealth Management and Financial Advisor professional with 30+ years of experience in the industry. You will gain insight into the process behind the creation and marketing of a small business, as well as the insurance and investment industries.

This position is a good fit for someone who is interested in entrepreneurship, has excellent verbal and written communication skills, and enjoys being creative with their projects.

Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

• Brainstorming new marketing ideas, including Zoom webinars, and creating webinars/podcasts
• Researching appropriate topics for social media posting
• Learning about Constant Contact via individual research and online tutorials for mass emailing
• Crafting Email and Mailing Campaigns to clients. This includes writing copy, sourcing stock photos, and creating materials (both digital and print) to send to clients.
• Interacting with clients via phone and/or email to update contact information and schedule meetings
• Learning about Redtail Technology (CRM – Customer Relationship Management) via their online training resources 

You MUST have strong computer skills and feel confident on the computer and on Zoom.

The ideal candidate is friendly and outgoing when contacting clients on the phone.

We are looking for someone who is responsible and will be self-motivated, self-sufficient, and eager to learn. We are very thorough and detail-oriented and want someone with that same work ethic. Organization is key.

This position is also a good fit for someone who is looking to become a financial advisor and would like to create a mentor/mentee relationship with a seasoned professional to advance into a full-time position with the Bruno Financial Services Team after graduation.

Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information is a requirement. Background Check and Fingerprinting will be conducted.

The position will be mostly/all remote work. Hours would be approximately 8-15 hours/week for the fall semester and has the opportunity to continue into the spring semester if it is a mutually good fit.
