
Office & E-Commerce Coordinator (Entry Level, Full-Time)
Responsibilities
• Manage and fulfill online B2C orders (Shopify, Amazon, Faire, TikTok/Instagram Shop).
• Assist with B2B wholesale orders & distributor communications.
• Track inventory and coordinate shipments (UPS, USPS, FedEx).
• Provide office support (emails, invoicing, scheduling).
• Assist with social media scheduling and basic content creation (Canva, Excel, Google Workspace).
Qualifications
• Strong computer skills; quick to learn new applications.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Excellent communication skills (English required; Spanish a plus).
• Motivated and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
