Job Description

We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be given the opportunity to exercise and practice your technical skill set as it pertains to the content creation. You will be assisting the marketing department in every aspect, from ideation to final product. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, stays up-to-date with the latest trends, and possesses strong communication and analytical skills.

We are a fast-growing B2B women's footwear company. Established in 2018, we service some of the largest fashion retailers around the globe (EGO Shoes, Fashion Nova, SHEIN, Pretty Little Thing, Boohoo, White Fox , Princess Polly, Miss Lola and more), driving the latest trends for Millennial and Gen-Z consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Photoshoots: Play a role in the positioning, messaging and storytelling of our products through staging, lighting, light effects, etc.
  • Modeling product on camera, for social media and other marketing assets.
  • Content creation and curation: Research trending sounds, skits, topics that can be easily incorporated into our social media.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create dynamic, high quality imagery.
  • Assist in delivery of weekly linesheets and email newsletters

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree (or higher) in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). (Preferred not required)
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and industry trends
  • Some proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
  • Familiarity in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software.

Job Type: Part-time (12-15 hours)

Compensation: $18.00/hour

Schedule:

  • Morning or Afternoon shift (FLEXIBLE HOURS)
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • City of Industry, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Social media management: 1 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
