Social Media & Content Specialist

As FifthColor’s Social Media & Content Specialist, you’ll be the architect of our digital voice, crafting stories that captivate, connect, and convert. You’ll lead the charge in turning scrolls into clicks and followers into fans, blending creativity with strategy to elevate our brand and showcase the incredible work we do for clients.

Reporting to the VP of Integrated Marketing and collaborating with our Marketing & Brand Strategist, you’ll own our social channels (organic and paid), build editorial calendars that drive engagement, and create content that feels less like marketing and more like a movement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage day-to-day execution of organic and paid social media across platforms
  • Build and maintain editorial calendars for blogs, newsletters, and case studies
  • Create compelling content that reflects FifthColor’s voice, values, and client work
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Brand Strategist and PR Specialist to amplify brand stories and wins
  • Stay current on digital trends and recommend new approaches to content and engagement

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 0–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
  • Familiarity with paid social platforms and analytics tools
  • Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making
  • Prior experience with Meta Business Suite required
  • Preferred experience with:
    - LinkedIn Campaign Manager 
    - Google Analytics 
    - HubSpot or other CRM’s
    - Canva or Adobe Creative Suite 
    - WordPress or similar CMS

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • This is an in-office position at our Sheboygan Falls headquarters. Occasional travel may be required for photoshoots, events, or client activations.
