2026 Summer Internship: Real Estate Investments – Investor Relations

Kairos Investment Management Company (KIMC) is an employee-owned, entrepreneurial real estate investment firm and registered investment adviser based in Orange County, California. The firm’s real estate experience crosses many disciplines including equity originations, structured debt, asset and portfolio management, redevelopment, and distressed investing.

Job Description:

Kairos is offering a 10-week Summer Internship Program designed to immerse Summer Interns in the daily activities of the Investor Relations team. This role provides an opportunity to gain exposure to the real estate industry in an entrepreneurial private equity environment with frequent exposure to the company’s Investor Relations team.  Investor Relations delivers and institutionalizes market intelligence, identifying prospective investors, organizing investment case studies, and improving investor facing content.

Qualifications:

1. Current undergraduate Junior or first year MBA student.
2. Ability to work in Irvine office.
3. Strong analytical skills. 
4. Strong presentation and communication skills – both oral and written.
5. Demonstrates consistency in values, principles, and work ethic, as well as the ability to work as part of a team.
6. Passion for real estate.
