Guest Relations Specialist
HavenHouse St. Louis is hiring! We are a hospital guest house looking for customer service/hospitality rockstars! We recently opened a new facility near Cardinal Glennon and SLU Hospital!

We are looking for a customer service guru to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients, families and their guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate booking information
- Assist with shuttle driving to and from area hospitals and meal pickup (our vans)
- Collaborate with hospital social workers and care coordinators - Housekeeping tasks to keep our facility clean and germ-free (in the absence of housekeeping staff, this role will be asked to help clean bedrooms and bathrooms)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft, Google Suite, and other office management software
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of phone systems and basic office procedures
