Jones PT is a patient-centered outpatient private practice headquartered in Harrison, AR! We are looking for a PT/DPT and an OTR/L (2 positions minimum) to joint us in providing high quality, outcomes-based PT and OT services to our community.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing your skills as a new clinician and taking advantage of a talented, tenured clinical support team as well as continuing education opportunities
- Managing a reasonable caseload to smoothly transition you out of the classroom and into the healthcare workforce
- Developing individualized treatment plans and setting meaningful and achievable goals for your patients
- Learning defensible documentation and billing practices within the PromptEMR system, used company-wide
- Leveraging an experienced support staff to ensure that your focus remains on your patients and you maximize clinical efficiency
- Utilizing available equipment and technologies to enhance your patients' overall experience and ensure best case scenario patient outcomes
- Partnering with the clinical team to get to know area referral sources and develop lasting trust and relationships
- Bringing a positive and energetic attitude that will invigorate your patients and encourage your team
