Location: Greensburg Country Club, Greensburg, PA
Starting Pay: $17.00/hour and up, based on experience

Greensburg Country Club is a private club known for delivering high-quality dining experiences to our members and guests. We operate a full-service kitchen with a focus on elevated cuisine, seasonal menus, and high-end catering for events and banquets.

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Line Cook to join our culinary team. This position can be part-time or full-time, depending on availability and experience. You will work in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen environment under the direction of our Executive Chef.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with club standards and recipes
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
  • Ensure proper food handling, storage, and labeling practices
  • Work efficiently in a team and communicate with front and back-of-house staff
  • Support banquet and catering operations when scheduled
  • Assist with prep work and closing duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • MUST have professional culinary experience in a high-end restaurant, catering kitchen, or country club setting
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods, knife skills, and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
  • Dependable, professional, and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Culinary degree or certification is a plus but not required
