Expanding Chairside Services at Northwestern Medicine Living Well Cancer Resources

We’re excited to announce the expansion of our chairside services to support more cancer treatment locations across the region. This is a meaningful opportunity for personal and professional growth, offering the chance to provide compassionate, hands-on support to patients and families during their journey.

We are currently seeking:

• Art creatives for:
  • Northwestern Medicine Kishwaukee Hospital Cancer Center (DeKalb)
  • Northwestern Medicine McHenry Hospital Cancer Center (McHenry)
  • Northwestern Medicine Cancer Center Old Irving Park (4445 Irving Park Road, Chicago)
• Massage therapists for:
  • Northwestern Medicine Cancer Center Old Irving Park
• Tai Chi Instructor 
  • Northwestern Medicine Huntley Fitness Center – Teaching Tai Chi to our participants at the fitness center. We are hoping to be able to offer weekly or bi-monthly classes.

Each role requires just a few hours per month, and a stipend will be provided. All materials will be covered.

If you are a licensed massage therapist, we are currently seeking professionals to support Touch Therapy appointments at our Geneva and Warrenville locations. These are 45-minute sessions focused on enhancing patient well-being through therapeutic touch. If you are passionate about making a difference through art or therapeutic touch, we would love to hear from you.
