On-Air Personality Trading Card Sales Associate
Full-Time / Part-Time (adjust as needed)

Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic, dynamic, personable, and knowledgeable individual to join our team as an On-Air Personality Trading Card Sales Associate. In this role, you will host live on-air shows to sell trading cards (e.g., sports cards, Pokemon, Marvel characters, etc.) directly to collectors and fans through live-streaming platforms such as Whatnot, Fanatics Live, eBay Live, and Loupe.

Key Responsibilities:

Host and manage live-streamed retail trading card sales sessions.
Engage and entertain viewers with product knowledge, pack openings, giveaways, and interactive chat.
Showcase and sell trading card products in a dynamic, enthusiastic, and professional manner.
Set up, organize, and manage the live streaming equipment, lighting, and product display.
Track sales, inventory, and customer requests during live shows.
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after streams.
Assist with packaging and shipping sold items accurately and in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date with current trends in the trading card market and popular culture.

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in a customer service role
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Passion and knowledge of trading cards (e.g., all sports including but not limited to baseball, football, basketball, tennis, UFC, soccer, and hockey, Pokemon, Marvel, etc.).
Comfortable on camera with a strong, engaging on-screen presence.
Sales-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

Experience with live streaming, retail sales, or content creation preferred but not necessary.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and during key product release events as needed.
Technologically adept with the ability to manage live-streaming tools and sales platforms.
Previous experience with platforms like Whatnot, Fanatics Live, eBay Live, or Loupe.
Background in retail, customer service, or e-commerce.
Familiarity with grading, pricing, and packaging trading cards.
