Internship in Food and Beverage Operations
Piping Rock Club is seeking interns who are exploring a career in the private club industry. The basis of the internship is in food and beverage operations, but expanded experience in all facets of the club environment is available including catering, golf and tennis operations, clubhouse and back office such as accounting, membership, and human resources.
This position is open to all majors, but special consideration will be given to those who are majoring in:
-hospitality
-culinary
-food and beverage management
-golf management (PGM)
This is a fine opportunity to experience the environment and teamwork that it takes to succeed in private clubs. This is the forgotten segment of the hospitality industry. We offer a competitive salary and housing on property at no cost. Our summer programs hire college interns as well as international university students. This provides a diverse environment leading to an educational experience not available to most students.
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. The post graduation internship can be open-ended.
