Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Car Wash Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to delivering an outstanding experience for our customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages the business and daily operations of the site/s to achieve goals
- Coordinates with sales team on daily, monthly, annual goals for revenue, membership and service KPIs
- Analyzes budget expectations to identify areas in which focus and improvement can be made
- Ensures the site operations in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies
- Handle damage claims – reviewing security footage and handling any escalations from customers / team members
- Following strict and cleaning maintenance schedules
- Oversee equipment maintenance schedules and repairs are completed in a timely manner.
- Foster a superior customer experience through a positive work environment and focus on taking care of the customer.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Directly supervises 12-16 Crew Members (CM)
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and discipling employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems

- Maintain the highest level of professionalism through the way you dress, carry yourself and interact with customers

Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teammates with confidence in work processes and goals
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills including ability to listen attentively and to communicate information clearly and effectively
- Retail and/or Hospitality management preferred
- Preferred mechanical skills and be comfortable w/ mechanical equipment
