Are you ready to challenge yourself and lead the next generation of Marines? The Officer Selection Office is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our ranks as Marine Officers. You will begin this process as a Marine Officer Candidate. As a candidate, you will undergo rigorous training and evaluation to prepare for a leadership role in the United States Marine Corps. We offer roles in law, aviation, logistics, and more!

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the Officer Candidate School (OCS) program, focusing on leadership, military skills, and physical fitness
- Develop and hone leadership and decision-making skills
- Engage in classroom instruction, field exercises, and physical training
- Prepare for the responsibilities of leading and managing Marine units
- Uphold the values and traditions of the Marine Corps

Specific Skills:
- Leadership potential and willingness to take initiative
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of physical fitness and stamina
- Ability to perform under pressure and in diverse environments
- Teamwork and adaptability

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or currently pursuing a degree with the intent to graduate before OCS completion
- U.S. citizenship
- Age between 20 and 28 (waivers available)
- Meet Marine Corps physical fitness and medical standards
- Clean criminal record and background check
- Commitment to completing the Officer Candidate School (OCS) program
