About the Role
We’re hiring a part-time Branding & Marketing Strategist who can lead storytelling across channels - Instagram, LinkedIn, blog, and more. This is a highly creative and strategic role that blends brand building, content creation, and early-stage marketing execution.
Ideal for a recent grad or early-career marketer looking for hands-on experience and the chance to help build a brand from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with the founder and brand strategist advisor to refine brand voice, tone, and messaging
- Develop and manage the content calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram, and the company blog
- Create original, engaging content (visual + written) with a focus on sustainability, innovation, and women’s health
- Assist with basic performance tracking (reach, engagement, etc.) and identify growth opportunities
- Contribute to copywriting for the website, investor decks, and presentations as needed
- Research competitor and adjacent brand strategies to inform our own approach
- Stay on top of industry trends in sustainability, marketing, and fashion/materials innovation
Who You Are
- A strong communicator with a knack for translating complex ideas into compelling stories
- Visual and verbal thinker—comfortable with content creation, social storytelling, and light graphic design (Canva or Figma experience is a plus)
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive
- Passionate about sustainability, women-led innovation, or materials science (you don’t need to be an expert yet)
- Excited by the hands-on, creative nature of an early-stage startup
Bonus Points
- Experience working with early-stage brands or startups
- Background in B2B marketing or communications
- Comfort with Notion, Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Graphic design and video editing
- Interest in long-term growth within a startup (this role could evolve into a full-time position with equity)
