About the Role
SupplyOne is seeking a Sales Analyst to join our Philadelphia team. This role is critical in supporting our regional sales organization by delivering insights that drive profitability, improve efficiency, and enhance customer relationships. The Sales Analyst will partner with sales leadership to manage pricing, optimize account performance, and provide actionable reporting that fuels business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Manage pricing strategies, conduct margin reviews, and ensure transaction quality.
Support new business development through pipeline tracking and account optimization.
Provide reporting and insights to sales leadership, driving informed decision-making.
Act as a CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) power user, ensuring accurate pipeline management and data integrity.
Conduct account reviews and support customer retention initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and align on sales strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or revenue management.
Strong financial acumen with proven ability to interpret data and drive fact-based decisions.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
High emotional intelligence with strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
Experience with CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
