PowerChord Sales Internship – Fall 2025

Location: Hybrid (Austin, TX + Remote Options)
Duration: 10 Weeks

PowerChord is a fast-growing tech company helping small businesses thrive through digital marketing, listings management, and CRM solutions. We value collaboration, innovation, and personal growth, and we’re looking for motivated interns to join our sales team this fall.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in weekly training sessions led by PowerChord team members.
• Apply skills in hands-on workshops and roleplays.
• Conduct outreach to small, single-location businesses via email, phone, or in-person.
• Track leads and progress in our CRM system.
• Attend weekly group meetings and 1:1 check-ins.
• Complete a final portfolio/project showcasing your learning and achievements.

Internship Structure

For Fall 2025, we will have two distinct intern groups:

• Austin Group: Based in Austin, TX
• Remote Group: Distributed across the U.S. with fully remote work arrangements
• Both groups will collaborate on projects while receiving the same comprehensive training and mentorship opportunities. Regular cross-group activities will ensure all interns benefit from shared learning experiences.

• Sales fundamentals: prospecting, discovery calls, pitching, and closing.
• CRM and digital tools for sales and marketing.
• How to engage real-world clients and contribute to company growth.
• Professional communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college or university.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Professional Sales or similar.
• Strong interest in sales, business development, or marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
• Experience with CRM, LinkedIn, or digital marketing tools is a plus.
