Management Consultant

As a Management Consultant you will primarily work in assisting companies in all industries achieve objectives through performance improvement and resource utilization. Working with every level of management, your focus will be on all organizational and cultural issues, with a special emphasis on developing accountability and leadership at all levels. You must be a roll-up your sleeves, go-getter, who will lead individuals through the management change process delivering substantial improvements with measurable results and no formal authority.
