Part-Time Social Media & Ads Manager (10–20 hrs/week)

Ajile is a fast-growing eCommerce marketing agency helping brands scale through data-driven strategy and standout creative. We’re looking for a part-time Social Media & Ads Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally creative, thrives on TikTok and Instagram culture, and understands how to connect brands with audiences through content and ads.

What You’ll Do

Manage and grow social media accounts (primarily TikTok & Instagram) for our clients.

Create engaging and on-brand content using Canva or Figma (we have a video editor, but you’ll help concept and design).

Collaborate with our team to plan content calendars and ad campaigns.

Stay up-to-date on trends, memes, and platform updates that can give clients an edge.

Ensure weekly deliverables are completed on time (work is typically assigned Monday, due Friday).

What We’re Looking For

Strong familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and paid social ad platforms.

Creativity and design sense (comfortable in Canva or Figma).

Reliable, organized, and communicative—you meet deadlines and “show up.”

Eagerness to learn and grow in the eCommerce marketing space.

Bonus: experience with eCommerce brands or running paid ads.
