Email + Marketing Operations Specialist

You’ll expand your impact and build your career by shaping our email automation strategy—including drip campaigns and lead nurturing flows—while introducing tools that improve efficiency and deepen audience engagement.

 

Primary Responsibilities

 

Campaign Execution: Lead email, social, and web campaigns. Ensure brand consistency and compliance. Monitor performance to guide strategy.

 

Email & CRM Automation: Manage Pardot journeys and email campaigns, including drip campaigns, optimizing performance through A/B testing and responsive templates. Ensure Pardot-Salesforce alignment, maintain clean data, and support accurate lead attribution and segmentation.

 

Social Media Management: Publish and schedule content via Hootsuite. Align timing with campaigns and monitor engagement.

 

Additional Support Areas

 

Event & Conference Coordination: Assist with logistics, vendor coordination, and budget tracking for trade shows, webinars, and conferences. Support listwork by matching attendee names with Salesforce leads, prospects, and accounts.

 

Web & SEO/SEM Support: Support light website updates, SEO best practices, and monitor web traffic using tools like Google Analytics.

 

Education and Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Pardot, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms. Bonus points if you’ve designed and executed drip campaigns or email nurture flows.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CoPilot) and their marketing applications.
  • Excellent project management (using platforms such as ClickUp, Trello, etc.) and cross-functional collaboration skills.
