Core Responsibilities:

• Curate rotating exhibits that showcase local talent and align with Gabriel’s Place values
• Manage artist outreach, artwork intake, and display logistics
• Host exhibit-related events and receptions

Daily Tasks:

• Communicate with artists about submissions, bios, and display needs
• Review artwork for condition, theme alignment, and presentation

Weekly Tasks:

• Draft exhibit descriptions and signage
• Coordinate installation and layout with site team
• Promote exhibits via flyers, social media, and email

Monthly Tasks:

• Plan upcoming exhibit themes and artist lineups
• Host opening receptions or artist talks
• Maintain inventory and condition reports for displayed works

Collaboration Touchpoints:

• Youth Program Coordinator (student art)
