School Programs Team Supervisor, Part-Time
Join the Trail Blazers School Program team!
Our after-school program inspires youth to make connections to the world around them through hands-on environmental activities, outdoor play and exploration, games and songs, team building, and daily reflections. We operate in elementary schools around Brooklyn, and are more than just childcare!

Team Supervisors:
You will directly supervise 3-4 program groups at multiple school sites. You'll be on the ground daily to support groups and provide coaching as needed, particularly in the areas of group dynamics and challenging behavior.
- Experience working with groups of children (such as in camps or after school programs) is required.
- Experience supervising others is required.

Program dates:
Program dates: September 2, 2025, through June 18, 2026 (including training).
Programs are offered on-site at a school location.
Program hours fall between 1:50 and 6:00, depending on the school, plus a mandatory leadership meeting on Mondays from 10 am to noon. Monday - Friday availability during these times is required.
