
Micro-Intern: Product Design (IAP-Alumni Host)
We’re looking for a Product Design Intern to join our team for MIT’s January micro-internship program! You’ll work closely with our product and engineering teams to bring new ideas to life and create delightful user experiences.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with product and engineering to refine concepts and features
- Create wireframes, visual mockups, and clickable prototypes
- Conduct lightweight user research and share insights
- Assist in refining design systems and component libraries
What we're looking for
- Interest in product design, UX/UI, and human-centered thinking
- Familiarity with tools like Figma or similar
- Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit
- A problem-solver who enjoys turning complex problems into simple, elegant solutions
The interview process:
- Intro: 30 min chat to dive into your background
- Design challenge: 30 min collaborative session on a design problem

Pay and logistics:
This position will be full-time (40 hours/week), paid $30/hour, and receive an additional $500 housing stipend. We require this position to be on-site 5 days a week at our Williamsburg, NY office.
