We’re adding a high-energy Outbound SDR to spark first conversations, educate customers, and pass qualified warm leads to our sales team.
The Mission
You are the first point of contact. You’ll turn targeted manufacturer lists into booked calls and qualified opportunities—then hand off cleanly to our sales reps to seal the deal!
What You’ll Do
- Prospect smart: Research manufacturers and identify logistics decision-makers (Ops, Purchasing, Shipping Manager).
- Call with purpose: High-quality dials + concise voicemails + tight email follow-ups.
- Qualify fast: Confirm need, urgency, lanes/equipment fit, and decision timelines for expedited & exclusive-use.
- Book meetings: Schedule intro calls and plant the first load trial; hand off warm, well-documented leads.
- Log everything: Work in our CRM with clean notes and provide next steps.
- Collaborate: Sync with sales + dispatch on win themes, objections, and hot timing windows.
You Bring
- Student or recent grad (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Marketing, Communications, or any applicable major!)
- Phone-confident and persuasive; clear writer for emails/texts
- Resilient & competitive: You can hear “no,” learn, and dial again
- Organized follow-up, attention to detail, and fast CRM habits
- Coachable, curious, and eager to grow into a full sales role
