Fundamental to this role is to be able to work independently as well as a team member and be eager to learn. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following:

Position Description:

·        Prepare detailed take off estimates by analyzing plans and specifications.

·        Identify qualified suppliers/subcontractors and solicit quotes. Review quotes with supervisor for completeness and conformance with plans and specs.

·        Prepare proposal letters and bid forms

Qualifications Required:

·        Strong organizational skills

·        Self-motivated and detail oriented

·        Ability to prioritize workflow and perform as a team player

·        Ability to independently complete projects on a timely manner and meet deadlines

Education:

·        Bachelors in electrical engineering

 Computer Applications used to perform daily tasks:

·        Microsoft Office applications, (i.e. Word and Excel).

·        Other company utilized Software and Databases as needed.

Salary:

$ 65,000.00 per year
