Program Evaluation Intern

Core Responsibilities:
Support impact measurement and reporting for grants, partners, and internal growth.

Daily Tasks:

  • Collect feedback from families, staff, and participants
  • Input survey data into spreadsheets or dashboards
  • Organize testimonials and quotes

Weekly Tasks:

  • Create and distribute surveys or evaluation forms
  • Analyze engagement trends and flag areas for improvement
  • Draft short impact summaries for newsletters or reports

Monthly Tasks:

  • Compile a program evaluation report with visuals
  • Present findings to leadership or funders
  • Recommend adjustments to programming based on data

Collaboration Touchpoints:

  • Education Director (learning outcomes)
  • Community Engagement Director (family feedback)
  • Grant Intern (reporting alignment)

Learning Goals:

  • Learn how to measure and communicate impact
  • Build skills in data analysis and storytelling
