2026 Industrials Investment Banking Full Time Analyst Program

Santander US Corporate & Investment Banking (Santander CIB) is looking for the best talent to support our growth ambition and become future leaders through our 2026 Investment Banking Full Time Analyst Program.

Our Global Industrials Group cultivates a number of skillsets as junior bankers gain experience in the rapidly evolving industrials sector. Whether it’s working across product groups or geographies, investment bankers in the group bring comprehensive solutions to their clients. Coverage areas include building products & distribution, chemicals, packaging, and industrials services.

What you will gain

The Full Time Analyst Program, beginning in early July 2026, provides a five-week comprehensive training and introduction to Santander CIB and its capabilities. The training includes coursework in financial accounting, structuring, excel, analysis, modeling, and corporate valuation.

You will be combining this training with practical experience on both technical and interpersonal skills, helping your overarching development during the program.

Throughout the Two-Year Program, you will work with dynamic teams that will provide you with support from some of the most passionate and experienced colleagues in the industry; all while developing the skills, knowledge, and leadership experience you will need to grow both professionally and personally. 

This 2026 Investment Banking Full Time Analyst Program is for undergraduate students in a four-year program who have an anticipated graduation date of May/June 2026.

Based in New York (NY), you will become part of an international business working with teams across different geographies.

What we are looking for

  • An undergraduate student in a four-year program with an expected graduation date of May/June 2026.
  • Cumulative GPA is 3.5 or above.
  • Highly motivated and results oriented with a desire to exceed expectations.
  • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and courage in their leadership style. 
  • Crisp communication skills with the ability to express facts and ideas clearly both verbally and in writing, interacting professionally, transparently, and effectively with people at all levels. 
  • Strong English communication skills both written and spoken required, foreign language skills are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Strong critical thinking with the ability to develop solutions to complex challenges. 
  • Ability to multi-task as required.
  • Ability to work independently on special projects.
  • Ability to effectively contribute in a team environment.

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.

The base pay range for this position is $110,000 annually. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
