Sales Closer

Responsibilities

Manage and close inbound and warm leads provided daily — no cold calling required

Build rapport and trust quickly with prospects to advance the sales process

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activity and pipeline status

Collaborate with the support and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies

Provide timely feedback on lead quality and customer insights

Maintain professionalism and integrity throughout the sales cycle

 

Minimum Requirements

Proven experience as a sales closer or high-performing sales professional (2+ years preferred)

Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas in an onsite or inside sales environment

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work in a team-driven environment

Comfortable working in a performance-driven, fast-paced sales floor

Reliable transportation to our Miami / South Florida office

Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools

 

Preferred Skills

Experience selling financial services, software, or B2B solutions

Ability to adapt sales strategies based on customer needs and feedback

Familiarity with CRM and collaboration tools
