Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and special requests
- Research and book travel services, including transportation, lodging, and excursions
- Provide up-to-date information on travel regulations and destination highlights
- Maintain organized records of bookings, client communications, and itineraries
- Offer support to clients throughout the travel process—from planning to post-trip follow-up
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with online booking tools and basic computer skills
