Grill Cook

Prepares and cooks food, such as burgers, steaks, seafood and vegetables on a grill to customer specifications and kitchen standards.  Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and sanitary work station, follow food safety procedures, monitor cooking temperatures, and coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food service.  The grill cook must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
